This means that for 5 years from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material or the workmanship of the jewelry occurs.

What is Covered

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This includes, but is not limited to, issues such as loose gemstones, broken or damaged settings, or faulty clasps.

What is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidental damage, warped rings, discoloration due to contact with harsh chemicals, lost items as well as jewelry damaged due to improper use like scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain), and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Dearest Diamonds.

Additionally, the warranty does not apply to the replacement of a Center stone. 

Any damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or alterations will void the warranty.

The warranty only applies to products purchased through Dearest Diamonds online/In-store.
